I called MLK Used Tires as I found I had a bulge on my front tire after hitting a pothole. I was squeezed in fast, and within minutes I was ready to get back on the road. Edit: I had to change from 5 star to 1 star because they lied trying to say my tie rod was bad when changing out my tire. I ended up getting it looked at by another mechanic and he told me that it was fine but it was the wheel weight MLK Used Tire knocked off when using a sledge hammer to hit my tire off.

They placed the wrong sized tires on my vehicle. Assured me they would be balanced. I drove my vehicle home (in Jackson) and my van started shaking! They try to treat us like we're stupid because we're women and started mansplaining their excuses. The owner is completely unreasonable and keeps saying it isn't their fault and that we asked for the wrong sized tires! Like, really?

These guys are awesome. They fixed our rim, mounted the tire and swapped it out for us. Super friendly and they're not only a better value than the local competition, they go the extra mile. With how bad the city of Lansing has let the roads deteriorate, I'm grateful to have garage like this. Absolutely recommend.

I was quoted a price of $45 on the phone but after the tire was on the rim I was told it was $59. I was already giving them most of the money I had left just to be told they want it all now I am broke thanks guys. I called around and when the guy said 45 it was the best deal but turned into the worst one. Do not go here you will be ripped off. I do not know who left 5 star ratings but they must be associated with the business most likely the owner and the employees because I don't see them being truthful with anyone so beware.

I got a flat tire today and discovered I didn't have a spare. I called at least 4 new tire shops and none of them had the size tire I needed in stock. So I called MLK Used Tires not only did they have the tire I needed, they changed the tire out right away, in like 15 mins, all while helping 3 other customers. Charged me practically nothing and offered to take it to my car and put it on!!!
